I’m nearly finished working on a new website for a client. A one-stop-shop for students and budding industry enthusiasts to find work in different fields of the music industry.
The site will include user registration and a forum for open discussions about music and.. Well anything.
Yeah baby. This is happening. My time as a full time windows user has come to an end. I found a great condition MacBook pro 2010 model for £499 on eBay. So that was settled!
My old laptop has served me well since 2005. Ok scratch that, it served me well for about 1 year and then crapped out on me in every way possible. The screen started getting artefacts, and the power connector broke off inside. The screen hinge became so slack that it could barely hold its own weight. I could go on, but I won’t.

The ongoing fun of recording Sneaky Pete’s debut album continues tonight. More or less all drums are down, and it’s just time to start piecing this jigsaw together.
The lads in Ruff Angel dropped by to get their mastered tracks yesterday. A great outcome to 1 days of hard work.
They’re off to promote their upcoming show at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut and the. They’re immediately back in the studio with me to record 2 more songs at the end of the month.
I’ll upload some photos of the session very soon.
Yeah I’m that sad. Ohhhh look at me I have an iPhone. It’s not really what it used to be…. Every dafty has an iPhone now.
That said, I’m trying out the WordPress app and that’s the main point here.
